This letter is in recommendation of Patrick O'Keefe. In my twenty five year career Patrick is one of the sharpest analytical, engineering, and project management minds I have encountered. Patrick and I worked directly together between 2017 and 2019. He and I were among several principals from our respective firms, he with RR Donnelley and I with my firm, in a complicated, multi party business. The business involved a several million dollar supply chain management program for a high value customer. Patrick was the leader of the RR Donnelley team that served as the main subcontractor. In this role Patrick led a team of around a dozen direct reports and dozens more indirect. His responsibilities included management of program design, contract, sourcing, operation, and distribution across thousands of unique components worth millions that were assembled into finished goods and shipped to end users all over the United States. This was a new venture for each party, with rapidly changing circumstances and requirements that necessitated a flexible, dynamic approach to all areas of the business. Moreover, although Patrick represented his firm's interests fully, I always felt treated with honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Throughout I had fine dealings with Patrick and I recommend him. Sincerely, Steven Todd Berlin

I've had the honor of working with Patrick for over 10 years. During this time, he seamlessly evolved from a progressive operations leader into a masterful, customer-centric, developer of innovative solutions that grew our global business exponentially. When the time came, he leapt into a business leadership role with character and integrity. He listens, collaborates and motivates. He cultivates high performing and happy teams. With his exceptional cross-business expertise and leadership, I would highly recommend Patrick to any organization.
