I have been in charge of the creation and production of the Texas Trends® Hotel Industry Report for the five largest Texas markets annually from 2008 to 2017. The publication includes a sub-market breakdown of Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio and shows the historical and projected Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and Supply for each submarket, as well as the entire metropolitan area. Additionally, I trained in market feasibility, hotel appraisal, financial projections and asset management.
