Management of the corporative projects’ portfolio, giving visibility of the progress of the projects to the senior management of the company by means of executive meetings and periodic reports, and taking actions to avoid deviations in the achievement of its purposes.Responsible for a portfolio of 60 demands/projects and a budget of 20K/year, with direct report to the Projects and Processes Management, and operational report of the budget to the Financial Vice-Presidency. Leadership of a team with 12 employees, acting as Scrum Masters and Projects Managers, with knowledge of the processes, which facilitated the conduction of the projects and the allocation.Coordination of the entry of the company´s demands, from the preparation of the request with the applicant sector, passing by the structuring of a business plan, until its approval.Supervision of the life cycle of the projects, composed by the survey of the requirements, including the review of the processes caused by the change and the plan of action to put it into practice, monitoring of the development, quality guarantee through the monitoring of tests and the homologation and assisted operation in the post-deployment.Responsible for the Agile Methodology, ensuring the dissemination of the culture through trainings and workshops in every level of the company, forming the work teams and ascertaining the benefit through the metrics of times and products generated. Conduction of operational and managing committees, to discuss the improvements and the sharing of the practices among the scrum teams, as well as the adoption of these practices in the projects conducted in the traditional methodology, enabling the reduction of the deployment term and the improvement in the evaluation of the costumers.
