I've worked with Timur for more than 6 months on the project. While working on a project Timur showed himself as a result-oriented, team-focused, and stress resistance specialist. Joined a project, Timur quickly onboarded and became a part of the team. Timur took responsibility and worked on the branching strategy on the project, participated in meetings with the Delivery Manager where he explained all pros and cons of the proposed solution, and then conduct a meeting with the client was explained everything to them so that currently we work following the approach Timur established. He does not hesitate to jump on a meeting with the client to discuss technical details. Also, in my absence Timur carries SCRUM master/Stream Lead responsibilities: conducts Daily meetings (both internal and external with the client), and acts as a point of contact from the EPAM part of the team. He has good soft skills that allow him to lead the team. From my point of view, Timur is a good technical specialist who performs as a Senior developer, who could also Lead the team.
