These improvements plus training and creation of formal work instructions lead to an increase from 950 cables per day to 1200 cables per day without increasing personnel Engineered innovative tooling to reduce manufacturing time from 15 minutes to 12 minutes on a highly specialized power/signal cable for cell towers.
