I spent 10 days on the road, almost 2000 kms, vising new suppliers and factories across Indonesia. Pandu was extremally professional the entire time. Here's how it went... I gave pandu a list of suppliers, that I wanted to see the factories they use, so I could ensure the factory had the capability to produce the design and quality I was after and he came through with flying colours. Pandu put in a lot of time before our trip to find the designer furniture I required for our business. Not only did he find the factories, he was even able to locate the factories that the suppliers actually had partnerships with, who were not advertising to the public, as most of their work was with the one supplier. Pandu had a full schedule each day, we visited 3 to 4 factories per day, as per my request and were doing 12 to 15 hour days, and was accommodating the entire time, when I had asked so much from him each day, away from his family, no days off. Pandu was worth every cent and more. If you want to find the best factories (designer or not), factories that are certified, systemized, organized and clean would highly recommend him.
