The Director of Student Conduct has duties associated with student conduct functions within the Student Affairs Division including: management of the Student Conduct Office and supervision Student Conduct protocols and procedures. Supervision and coordination of Student Conduct procedures in Residence Life and Greek Life areas. Support of Prevention Programs, including Hazing Education, Bystander Intervention, and online trainings. The Director of Student Conduct serves as the advisor to the Student Government Association, approving events, budgets, and giveaways.

Coordinator, Resident Engagement & Student Accountability

Reporting to the Director of Residence Life and Director of Student Accountability, responsible for overseeing the engagement strategy of the Office of Residence Life to students residing on campus. In addition, served as a conduct officer and the main administrator for the implementation of Maxient software at the University.Accomplishments:• Innovated a 1-to-1 Resident Engagement Model, moving from creation to approval and implementation within 3 calendar weeks.• Created a year-long, comprehensive skills-development training including 2 extended retreats and monthly inservice training for 34 paraprofessionals and 5 professional staff.• Supervised the functionality of 2 first-year community desks, reducing costs while increasing student employment opportunities by 100%• Managed the implementation of Maxient behavioral management software across Student Conduct, Title IX, Academic Early Alerts, and the Student Intervention Team successfully, within 1 year.

Resident Director

The Resident Director (RD) serves as a full-time, live-in professional for one or more university housing units, coordinating and assisting in the management and development of students’ living and learning residential environments. The RD must be able to support and promote the University’s inclusive Mission, its Catholic identity, its diverse student population, and its academic programming in the liberal arts and professional education and encourage student staff in this regard.

Community Coordinator

Community Coordinators work directly with the University Housing Resident Success Team to foster a student environment that fulfills the goals and mission of the University Housing office. They select, train, and supervise a staff of graduate and undergraduate Resident Advisers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: developing a sense of community amongst residents; facilities and building management; administrative and managerial responsibilities; advising community government; facilitating the room change process; serving as a student conduct officer; and mentoring and nurturing students in their academic and personal development through programming, advising, and counseling.

Reporting to the Residence Life Coordinator for Pace and Argo Hall, responsible for management and supervision of a first-year residence hall, supervising 200 students, and 16 student staff.Accomplishments:• Presented on the high impact service-learning iniative Argos in Action, at the annual SEAHO Conference in 2015.• Instructed 15 students as the teaching assistant for one section of the Leadership 200 Course for campus student leaders.• Served in an on-call crisis response rotation as the primary responder for approximately 2,000 students, responding to student health, mental health and facility emergencies.
