Provide Technical Support and remediation of Wireless Access Technologies for students and staff (organizational and personal computers and BYOD). Provide technical support and vision for the College’s classrooms, labs and event spaces. Provide and develop training procedures for Technology Support Services staff. Monitor knowledge base information for the purpose of staying current with technology. Performed other duties as assigned. I was a Project Leader in Technology Deployment for our remodeled classrooms (10x 40-seat rooms) in Building C2.
