  As a Project Manager I am responsible for overseeing our portfolio of very high end residential and commercial projects. I manage a team of tradesman across all our projects and builds which span across the entire UK. My role consists of overseeing our projects from concept to design, through construction and completion. Due to an extension I introduced into the company, we now have an aftercare team for which I spearhead post completion on all projects. As a Project Manager my position requires me to price projects, act as a cost consultant, client liaison and directing projects accordingly with the schedules and programmes I created for the company. This also includes document control, managing the projects scope and schedule of works, reports, client meetings, managing company accounts with all our respected clients and project proposals.
