To this day (almost 9 months of having the honor of being the director of sales at the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh/University Place) I still rely on Olivia. She has been my rock, my sounding board, my teacher and my friend. Her warmth and knowledge of the hospitality industry exudes with each phone call she handles or interaction with our guests. I am the utmost blessed to have such a dynamic person to work along side of at the hotel.

I consistently tell Olivia how marketable she is becoming in the unique role that she plays at our hotel. Olivia is our amazing liaison between front office operations, reservations and our Sales team - we could not do it without her! To say I think highly of Olivia and her work ethic is an understatement. Olivia takes great care in all tasks presented to her, asks questions when she is unsure, and applies the answers to those questions to future tasks. I worked directly with Olivia dealing with our university and medical clients at the Hilton Garden Inn; she is the epitome of professional when dealing with the clients one-on-one and with our client's guests. I would have no hesitation recommending Olivia for any position, based on her work ethic and organization alone.
