Oliver is a very experienced marketer and with strong commercial acumen. He is a leader who constantly looks for the best ways to strengthen the brands he manages, positively challenging the status quo and driving innovation when and where needed. When I started to work on the Dutch and Swiss markets few years ago I was very impressed by the level of marketing and overall distributor management Oliver had build over the years, taking Jack Daniel's to the position of top leading premium brand in each market.
