Working with Nuno is a pleasure, he knows the strengths of his team and how to make the most of them . He is extremely accurate in his estimates and always find an intelligent way to deal with any unforeseen delay, but not without consulting with the people involved to be absolutely certain that every angle is covered. A natural born leader, people can count on him to help whenever they need, and to carry the responsibility of his team's shortcomings in order to make sure that the creative process will not be interrupted. Whenever a stressful situation arises his tranquil demeanour and positive attitude does not feed the surrounding chaos, and allows his coworkers to rely on his serenity to remain calm and feel reassured. I would not hesitate to work with Nuno again, and fully trust his judgement and decision making skills. If you need someone to lead a team with impeccable artistic knowledge, you really can't go wrong with Nuno.
