I have previously worked with Norris during his time at Rio Tinto Alcan Gove (now Pacific Aluminium) and found him to be extremely knowledgeable (and helpful) in OHS management systems. His knowledge and experience resulted in achieving positive outcomes that benefited the business immensely. His practical application of his OHS knowledge was always applied in a well structured manner that involved all parties involved in the process to enable continuous improvement of the entire work group in striving for safety excellence. I have no problem recommending Norris for any future positions within the field of safety.
