  Responsible and managing a "mini factory" and its products (CNC laser welding, -engraving and Werth measurement systems). This includes to make new or optimize existing programs, keeping the quality at its best via continues checks, fixing any issues with the production and training operator for new or changed processes in the production (this includes the creation of work instructions). Making calculations for new products and working together with Sales as a technical support in case the customer has any questions about quality, costs or production time. This also ends up with the integration of the calculated product into the production environment.   Working as a maintenance and process control engineer to repair and maintain machinery such as milling, hydro forming, hydraulics, robotics (ABB), welding and general automation within the automotive industry. The focus was on the electrical and software (simatic) side of errors but also did a lot of mechanical work. Also included work such as spare part acquisition, training operators, communication with planning in case of down times and agreeing on maintenance windows. Special project: Standardizing the storage of tools and maintenance preparation Role: Project leader The goal of the project was to introduce a standardized system over all production location within the maintenance department on how tools are stored, documented and how they are allowed to be borrowed to other departments. This included mobile toolboxes and workshops. Second part was on how to optimize the preparation of machine maintenance. To have all spare parts already prepared and ready to go instead of collecting everything during the machine stand still and having all spare parts pre-ordered instead of using stock from the storage.
