  : Safety and Environmental representative directly responsible to ER. •Carry out daily inspections of all accommodation of traffic layouts for compliance with the approved layouts submitted by the Contractor. •Ensure that the Traffic Safety Officers carry out daily inspections of accommodation of traffic layouts and sign the daily traffic report. •Sign with comments the daily traffic report. •Report to the ER continued non compliance's by the Contractor on traffic safety and prepare draft Non-conformance reports if agreed. •Record all non-compliance s in site correspondence book. •Evaluate and finalize all new traffic accommodation proposals in conjunction with the ER. •Ensure that Daily Works Programme and Daily Plant on Site books are completed by contractor.
