Nisha and I worked together in J2O brand team in Britvic. She proved to be a highly skilled marketeer and a great colleague: driven, dilligent, hard working, personable and supportive. She is very passionate about her work, constantly pushes herself to develop and learn new things, loves to share her knowledge with others. Without a doubt Nisha is an asset to any team and company.

Nisha is an incredible colleague, always driven to bring excellence into anything she's working on. She has a keen eye for details, and makes a point to understand all of the details of her projects. I'm particularly grateful for her expertise in market research and analysis. In the projects we have worked on together, these skills have proven to be invaluable. Nisha has great perspective on upcoming market trends, and breaks them down in a way that's easy to understand, but maintaining the critical details.

Unilever is the third largest multinational consumer goods company with presence in 190 countries and generated sales in excess of €53.3 billion in 2015 . The company is organised into four main divisions: Foods, Refreshment (beverages and ice cream), Home Care, and Personal Care and owns 400 brands including Surf, Dove, Lipton and Magnum. Having recently joined the Unilever team within the teas division my role is to accelerate the launch of a new, premium tea brand into the market using a 360 degree communications plan which spans across both ATL and BTL initiatives. My role also includes classical brand management duties such as analysing product success right through to making strategic recommendations to ensure the direction for the brand is correct each step of the way to reach YR1 ambition of £5m. -In the two months I have been at Unilever I have managed to secure listings in 3 major accounts by working closely with the category and R&D team to solidify trade sell in decks. -Successfully pulled together a business case to outline the growth potential of the brand by customer in the first year utilising measures including volume, RSV, turnover & gross margin. -Developed and signed off the PR and influencer plan for FY2017 where the launch will be supported with 30+ influencers throughout the year. -Created a niche but tailored activation programme designed to reach the consumer. -Amalgamated divisions within the business i.e. Unilever Food Solutions & Pepisco to ensure the launch is represented as one brand. I am currently reviewing and working on implementing activation across new marketing platforms not yet explored by brands. Show less

Hovis Limited is a baking and flour milling business jointly owned by The Gores Group and Premier Foods plc producing a combination of bread, flour and bakery products. Hovis has over 125 years of experience that make up the iconic and much loved Hovis brand. The project required working on Gate presentations, packaging, shopper plan and leading tastings to reach ideal product. -P&L responsible -Analysis of data to aid profitable business decisions and identify growth drivers to help build the 3YR NPD pipeline. -Organisation and execution of internal launches Show less
