Devoted particular emphasis on learning and developing a professional course of UAV.● Designed a Vertical Takeoff Landing UAV in CATIA V5 with a combination of 2 kg payload, 4 motor props(producing 1.95 kN of thrust , Thrust to weight ratio- 0.65, providing cruise speed 12 m/s, altitude -250 m)fixed wing over fuselage( body).● Modeled wing and tail using XFLR and fuselage framework (to achieve least weight and highest stability) in Autocad followed by fabrication using a LASER Cutting Machine.● Fabricated an inverted tail component using a 3D Printer with additive method, and built wings and tail using CNC Foam Cutting Machine(run by GMFC Software).● Studied the flight load analysis and implemented the assembly techniques that maximizes the flight stability.● Completed final structural troubleshooting ,Calibrated and programmed Pixhawk Flight Controller, which has an internal 6axis Gyroscope with Barometer.
