I was working as a coach in a social bussiness company in a cafeteria. The cafeteria employs people who struggle with finding and keeping a job due to their intellectual disability. I worked at the cafeteria together with other employees on preparing food and drinks however at the same time supporting other employees if needed. The internship challenged me to re-think the position of 'coach' and different types of leadership. Overmore, I gain insight how the social bussiness works and why they are so important in today's society. Show less
