I had the opportunity to serve as one of Nikki's clients through a 12 session coaching journey. The entire experience was phenomenal and I am so grateful to Nikki for choosing me as one of her clients. She was always prepared, asked so many insightful questions, and struck the perfect balance between creating a safe space that I could express myself comfortably, while simultaneously challenging me to think differently. Coming out of this journey, I have several actionable strategies that will elevate my personal and professional development. Although Nikki did not have to do this, she continued to coach me through continued bi-weekly sessions and we regularly connect on many topics. Thank you Nikki! You were and continue to be amazing!

Nikki excelled as our summer intern for two reasons: first, she is incredibly smart and rapidly picks up new concepts and skills, and, second, she has a remarkable amount of internal drive and grit. She tackles projects with a huge degree of enthusiasm, is able to make intelligent choices and push forward in the face of ambiguity (even in the absence of support, as I was often away for stretches of time), and has a level of polish in her communication – both written and oral – that belies her age. On a daily basis, I was pleasantly surprised by her progress and creativity. I could not recommend Nikki more highly – she was an essential part of our team this summer and made a contribution far beyond what is normally expected from an intern.
