Responsible for the erection and dismantling of the complete formwork structure. This comprises of concrete and structural sign-offs for quality assurance to meet the engineer’s design, including temporary work kits and kit rotation. I liaise directly with client and consultants in weekly site meetings and I compile weekly contractors reports on progress and health and safety. • Adhering to all health and safety regulations which includes risk assessments, method statements and general PPE • Coaching and mentoring of employees • Inspecting of and signing off daily on all temporary works erected • Undertaking routine inspections of the site and associated reporting • Attending daily production meetings and setting targets • Studying consented plans to select and order necessary materials and timber, determine dimensions and assess procedures for installation Key Achievements: - BCX Office Park: Delivered 99 pours on temporary works, doing all column shafts and suspended slabs in 8 months, including 2 gate houses and a warehouse.
