I met Nic whilst attending the Absolute Balance gymnasium facility. Following a gym assessment Nic prepared a personal exercise programme tailored for my needs due to a sciatica problem. He has a sound depth of knowledge regarding injury prevention, rehabilitation, improving mobility and flexibility. His communications skills are of a very high standard. He has a naturally pleasant demeanour which will be of real benefit to him regarding future employment.
