Managing the entire sales process from lead generation and qualification by creation of organisational needs analysis, to presentation of the proposal and contract negotiation. The role also involves presenting to employers, attending events, conferences, networking and building rapport with key employers to help grow the business and build long standing relationships within the industry. I have worked within the FE Sector where I have carried out a multitude of employer engagement activities. I have liaised with employers across the LCR and offered training and workforce development solutions via the LEP Skills Service and Grow. This has involved lead generation, dealing with initial employer enquiries, booking visits, carrying out full training needs analysis of the business, offering bespoke training solutions, as well as helping employers to access funding opportunities available to eligible businesses. I have also worked with and supported a range of employers from several LEP priority sectors in my previous role, whilst delivering on the SSW project and providing funded training via LCC. I am fully experienced with carrying out employer engagement activities, as well as promoting employer services/WFD support and training and apprenticeship opportunities and business/organisational support services.
