I had a chance to work with Nathan and his firm recently, and the experience was excellent. His communication was terrific, they finished ahead of our anticipated schedule, and the project cost at the beginning and end of the project was the same. It was a very positive and fair experience for us and I would recommend Nathan for any upcoming project. His strength in particular is communication, coordination, attention to detail, reliability and expectations of quality. Thanks for the great experience Nathan!

I approached Nathan just as the world began to shut down due to the COVID19 pandemic. Frankly, I was in a panic. I asked Nathan to pull off a full renovation in record time with an ambitious scope and frugal budget. To say that he blew away our expectations is a massive understatement. How many general contractors do you know visit the job every day? Stay until 3 am night after night to make sure we could move in on time? Pivot easily from design/aesthetic brainstorming to systems engineering to architectural vision? Nathan can do those things with ease. We worked together to determine the budget. How many budget-busters did we encounter? ZERO. Nathan is in a rare breed of design-build contractors that can actually empathize with his clients and then put his skills to work. Did the project finish on time? YES. Did the project finish on-budget? YES. Did the scope change dramatically? All the time. Would I show up and redesign giant swaths of the home on a whim? YES. Nathan successfully navigated all of these and much more. If you're lucky enough that Nathan agrees to your project, you'll find no better man to trust. Scope: Demo home to the studs. New roof. New Patio. Convert garage to square footage. Replace HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. New flooring. Custom cabinetry throughout. Replace all windows. Build custom windows from scratch covering 30 feet, floor to ceiling. Brand new kitchen. Level 5 drywall finish. All new sod and landscaping. Reface the entire home in new brick. New fireplace. Timeline: Demo May 11, 2020. Moved in Sept 8, 2020 Budget: $400,000
