  As a Customer Service Representative for a client (Morphe Brushes Cosmetics) my role was to advise customers on the best suited cosmetics, trends and upcoming launches by Morphe. My main role as a customer service representative was to problem solve orders via email/phone/live chat eg. Refunding, Reshipping Orders and troubleshooting customers’ accounts. I strived to follow MorpheBrushes Policy and gave outstanding customer service. Also, I used at least five software types at the same time ensuring I recorded as much information as possible; whilst keeping within data protection law to ensure all customers’ information is secure.
