At Camp Sewataro as a head camp counselor I was in charge of many responsibilities. In addition to assigning my 2 assistant counselors tasks to assist ourselves in a successful dynamic, I was also in charge of planning, executing, and reflecting on many different activities and games that were appropriate to the age of the children and to the environment we had. With CPR and Lifeguard certifications I was also on duty as a lifeguard and teaching swim lessons levels 1-3, everyday. For The Northeast Generals I was considered a freelance broadcaster, with the experience I have in the industry learned from Dean College I was able to take on the different roles of play-by-play announcer, color commentary and video camera operator. As a student I was unpaid but this opportunity was not applicable to internship credits, simply expeirence and pure enjoyment. At the Goddard school I was responsible for caring for and teaching a variety of children. As an assistant teacher without full EEC certifications I was considered a "floater employee" meaning the classroom I taught changed every week. I have worked with children from ages 6 weeks old to 6 years old. At the Goddard school I was responsible for caring for and teaching a variety of children.
