Natali was fabulous to work with! She kept me informed and reached out several times during the recruitment process..."just to check in". She went above and beyond and has kept in touch. I look forward to working with her and Fairway Consulting Group as I build my team in the future.

During my time onboard USS Decatur (DDG 73) I was a key player in an award-winning deck team, qualified in the daily operations of a naval ship at sea. As a junior sailor, I investigated and managed technical issues involving ships’ steering. By implementing and conducting a new training program we were able to improve any faults. Upon gaining seniority I supervised high-risk, high pressured evolutions to ensure the presence of safety, accuracy and operational readiness. One of my major responsibilities as a junior sailor involved logistics and supply management: - I was in charge of planning, buying, and ordering all cleaning supplies for ship USS Decatur, as well as a crew of 550 sailors.- I was additionally responsible for intake, and management of supply locker, with an inventory of over 3,000 units. My second command was as a BM3 in Amphibious Construction Battalion 1. Part of my duties included: co-running the training office, holding training meetings, as well as tracking completion of all navy issued training modules for a command of 200+ sailors.
