I trusted Nanda to join my department because she is full of dedication and has that can-do attitude. I was impressed by her multitasking ability. She managed to deliver her project on time besides her hectic schedule. Nanda’s creative ideas were also the key to her successful project namely Adik Kakak Asuh. She’s also an outspoken person when it comes to exchanging ideas. Apart from her good working attitude, she’s a very friendly and fun person!

On March 2021, I was chosen to be a teaching assistant to teach 12 elementary school children at Panti Yatim Indonesia each Saturday in two consecutive months (until May 2021). During my voluntary period to dedicate myself as a Teaching Assistant in Yada Youth Teaching Program (YYTP), I was able to led and coordinated the teaching team of 17 to formulate the program’s rundown. My team and I also successfully developed an English learning method namely EduPlay implemented in various English learning activities, such as playing English quiz and guessing game through a website, doing self-introduction in English with a game namely ‘kotak pos’, and many more.

During one year of my dedication in this organization, here are few of the output and accomplishments that I managed to work on: • I was assigned to be the Person In Charge for one of the department's program named Adik Kakak Asuh 2020: "Be Their Hero" (Instagram: @hi.aka2020). Through this program, my partner, team, and I succeeded in providing a fundraising and donation platform dedicated for 3 orphanages affected by Covid-19 in Bandung area to support and help facilitate their online learning process. In a span of six months, from June to November 2020, we successfully raised and donated Rp19.497.000,- in total to the said orphanages. • I also got the honorable and valuable chance to be the Master of Ceremony of "This Able: Menjadi Teman untuk Teman Disabilitas" webinar.
