I had the pleasure of working with Nam in his roles in our 24/7 Application Managed Service team at Niteco. Nam progressed quickly, joining as an AMS engineer and rapidly promoted to become the Team Lead. Great recognition and testament to his abilities. What really made Nam stand-out was his commitment to outstanding customer service, going above-and-beyond to provide real value and insight to our clients. Not only does he have the technical capability but combined with his very personable nature and excellent communication skills, he is admired by clients and colleagues alike. Nam is highly reliable. I knew that if I asked something of him, it would be done to the highest standard, always on-time and exceeding my expectations. Above all of that, Nam is a really nice guy.
