It has now been more than a decade since supervising Nicole while she was a student at UTSA and worked in the Events Management Office. Even then, Nicole was far more mature than her peers and took on additional projects for the Events Management team. Since then she has continued to pursue jobs where she must be self-motivated and solve problems on her own. This makes her an exceptional candidate to any future employer, manager, company that wants a self-starter, problem solver, and leader. While working in Events Management, Nicole helped manage more than 14,000 annual events hosted by over 200 student organizations and 1,500 staffers that took place in the University Center and other public, and outdoor spaces around campus. As you can imagine, each event is unique and requiring a variety of needs from catering, AV equipment, and security for example. She made certain that the entries were correct and team members were able to execute successful space management. I recommend Nicole for your next career opportunity because Nicole strives for successful outcomes, serves as a team members and will take on a leadership role as needed.

Nicole is an outstanding employee who is engaging, caring, compassionate and willing to go the extra mile to exceed customers' needs. She is efficient in her work, yet pays attention to details. I have had the privilege of working with many individuals and Nicole is in the top ten list of those employees. I would hire again if I could.
