Prepare and maintain Logs for Material Submittal (MS), Work Inspection Request (WIR), Sub Contractor Pre-Qualification, Method Statement, Shop Drawings, Minutes of Meeting, Memos, NCRs, RFIs, Reports, Transmittals, Drawings, Safety & Quality related documents, Incoming letters, Out Going Letters and all other project documents. 2. Scanning/Printing - Renaming, recording and filing incoming hard or electronic copies of all documents 3. Keeping backup of electronic copies (Soft Copies) through server or computer or external hard disks 4. Using document numbering system for maintaining the documents 5. Arrangements of Project Meetings Admin & HR (Part) 1. Manage site office: stationary, furniture, IT, etc. 2. Cordinate with the suppliers to arrange the delivery of site office required goods and materials 3. Assist PM to manage petty cash 4. General Admin work including housekeeping & facilities management 5. Maintain attendance register and project time keeping records 6. Collect all expenses claims and send to head office 7.
