As a Business Partner of Nadine's at Amazon Pharmacy I had the pleasure to work with her on several initiatives that were cross functional and complex, where she led easily and learned quickly. The projects had compliance, IT, Finance and Operational risks and dependencies as well as stakeholders with sometimes differing objectives. Nadine did wonderful job in coordinating efforts, obtaining buy in and most importantly delivering accurate results all while often having to chase down responses, deliverables and input from her partners. I would welcome working with her again and highly recommend her.

Direct a team of program managers to manage a network of inventory over 55 million dollars. Developed programs across multiple stakeholders: operations, loss prevention, accounting, compliance, internal auditing, finance, front end (prescription acquisition, customer care). Reviewed policies and procedures that affect the fulfillment centers dealing with inventory functions. Consulted on contracts and requests for proposals from B2B contracts that affected the fulfillment centers. PROJECTS: • Aged Inventory Project – Identified inventory that before it expired and that was not moving to return to vendor. This project saved the network $4 million in the year • Third Party Inventory Management Transition – The internal engineering team developed an inventory receiving platform to transition our pharmacies from third party vendors. Developed a plan for testing, minimum threshold acceptance, ensure stakeholders were included and signed off on the work. In addition, there were other pharmacies that had to transition to an underlying inventory datastore (APHID) before moving onto the Receive platform, which I had to develop the program for. This transition reduced our inventory defect rate by 15%. • ICDR (Inventory Count Defect Rate) – Developed processes across the network to reduce our inventory defect rate by 40%. Ensured the pharmacies were counting at least 80% of their drugs to meet SOX compliance. • Drug Supply Chain Security Act Preparedness (DSCSA) – Key contact for the fulfillment centers to ensure DSCSA compliance. Evaluated current state for any compliance gaps and updated policies. Prepared documents for the internal engineering teams to ensure they develop systems that are compliant with the November 2023 guidelines. Show less
