I have been fortunate to have worked for KenKeen Infotech founded by Nachiket on my first job after finishing engineering studies. Nachiket always struck me as an individual who is very meticulous, detail oriented and efficient in the work that he does. Additionally he is someone who was keen to work with fresh graduates and pass on his wisdom and knowledge in being a mentor to the young minds for their all round development. He was never a hands off manager who just cared if work was getting done or not. For each of his employees he was much more, a guide and a friend in whom you could confide and open up to learn about work and life. Be it requirements elicitation, negotiations, designing, coding or documentation; there was always something new to learn when Nachiket was in charge of the team. He ensured that his team members not only understood and executed the task at hand but also understood how it fits into the overall project, thus imparting clarity to the end objective. I can confidently say that after so many years, I still use the lessons and best practices that I learnt whilst working for Nachiket on a daily basis in my current job. Besides being an excellent manager who knows how to deliver quality products while meeting the deadlines, Nachiket has been a friend and has kept in touch with people who worked for him. He is not a typical manager who gives you tasks and expects results. He goes much beyond that and creates a strong bond that is based on mutual respect, trust and friendship that make people want to work hard for him. Being such a good human being along his people management and technical skills makes Nachiket so special. He is a huge asset to any organizations fortunate to have access to Nachiket's vast experience and skills. I strongly recommend and endorse Nachiket and wish him luck in all his future projects.

Nachiket is an excellent Manager - who has sound technical knowledge along with project management skills and knows to provide the relevant solutions to meet the customer needs.. He has a unique knack of demystifying technical problems into manageable chunks.
