Through this initial experience, I gained valuable insights into the company's operations. My dedication and performance during the internship led to my promotion to the role of Assistant Human Resources Manager. Having been an employee in the company before transitioning to HR, I understand the challenges faced by employees when dealing with HR and the complexities of working with different departments. I have first-hand experience of the issues that can arise, especially in interactions between HR, sales, and marketing departments. My academic background in HR, combined with my three years of practical experience, has taught me how to effectively communicate with people and resolve HR-related issues. One of my strengths is being a good listener, which I believe is essential in HR.
