Sort out Customs related issues with Support Services department. • Constantly track trip movement and its cargo and report on the trip as to progress through JMP.• Be in constant touch with the driver during the trip, monitoring progress via tracking.• Initiate instant escalation of issues on the road to Road Transport Pod regarding Driver Discipline. Border issues, Police issues, accidents and cargo impediments.• Ensure client reporting requirements are made during the trip and to advice allocations and Workshop in good time on estimated turnaround for planning purposes.
