  Within this role I have dealt with clients on reception where I completed forms. Also I completed forms which are used to collect data and statistics which have policy implications on a daily basis and these forms can influence policies and practices at both local and national levels. I have undertaken research as part of this role where I have had to research and analyse various matters regarding a policy issue.
