While reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, I have overlooked over various International companies and markets including Diplomatic and Governmental clients nationally and around the world. Segmentation covered Oil & Gas companies, IT, Automobiles, consultancy, Real Estate and Holding companies. My position also included working with worldwide wholesalers and online booking systems in addition to GCC and International MICE clients. I have excellently executed a huge number of events and meetings that were held in the property while working with the catering and F&B team along with all other departments in the property. Negotiation, communication and meeting customers needs was indeed a main focus in our day to day duties and to make sure that all expectations of all clients are met and exceeded. I focused on obtaining new business opportunities in addition to maintain the existing relationship with the existing clients. I played a significant role in being the departmental trainer for all team members and fellow workers for all trainers needed to conduct the required tasks. Daily briefings, communication meetings and departmental meetings were under my job responsibilities to allow smoother communication within the team members along with other departments. I have participated in the pre-opening phase which included covering cross trainings and operating various departments of the business prior to the official opening. I have worked throughout the years on RFPs for all key accounts, and submitted fully their bids and their requirements. I have also been the hotel/company representative in several trade shows, hospitality conferences and road shows.
