Major Tasks: • Analyzing and negotiating offers to select the most suitable supplier/ subcontractor which are able to deliver high quality Products to meet the expectation of both our company and client. • Developing purchasing or sourcing strategies based on portfolio analyses and supplier referencing study. • Liaising with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product. • Ensuring commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions. • Preparing contract documents for both parties signature. • Monitoring the Subcontractor/Supplier Works with respect to the Terms and Conditions mentioned in the Contract throughout the project duration in order to assure the Excellency in accomplishing the works. • Assessing the variation orders requested by the Subcontractor/Supplier by investigating the reason of variation, cost/time impact on the project, and grant the approval accordingly. • Procurement Logs for each project by each work trade to have a general view on the project cost and schedule for the Management and other departments (Technical-Site), in order to organize the work flow and have better control on the project. • Studying tenders and adopting the suitable prices in order to enhance the company chances to grab the Job.
