When I came to Webcom, to my first job as software developer I met Milos. In next six months he was my mentor as a team leader and the most expirienced developer in company. Now, severalyears later I still think Milos is the best programmer I have ever met in my professional carier. He is an expert in various technologies (.NET, java script, xml, xslt, ajax....) and he even debug and build new functionalities in frameworks that we used (dojo for JS, lutz roder ajax,...). Besides practical problems his understanding of business problems were several steps in front of other members of team. He always had times for my stupid problems, to give advice and to help. The idea of someone with such great knowledge still motivates me.
