Mike and I both worked for Amonix during its boom and its bust. Mike has a very respectable and methodical approach that I truly admire. During some heavy maintenance on dual-axis trackers I learned a great deal from Mike that help me to better manage myself when "under pressure". When confronted with an impossible or unworldly task, Mike would diligently look for a solution or answer that met the needs of the organization and the his team. And boy, did our company have their share of them. Anyway, Mike, thank you for the add and I look forward to seeing you around.

I worked with Mike on the Denver International Airport 2M watt solar project as well as the Valley Center Water District (CA) 1M watt solar project. Mike is truly professional and completely competant in managing these large commercial/government projects. More important, he was very easy to work with.

I was brought in mid-project to reign in the schedule and improve overall quality and site morale. This project has some of the most challenging site conditions I've ever encountered. The mud has been knee deep since the winter thaw and nearly impossible to work in. Special machinery and innovations have been needed constantly to try and make substantial progress. Through teamwork and perseverance, we have been able to make headway and see the sun at the end of the rainstorm.

Work with various inter-company departments to oversee projects and overcome challenges that fall outside of a typical departmental scope. As with any aggressive start-up company, issues arise that are not easily categorized in typical corporate America, such as mid installation redesign and rework. As Manager of Special Projects, I would make the site assessments of work in process and make recommendations to Engineering and Senior Management as to how best implement the changes. I would then document the process, train staff on implementation and manage the work to completion. The results of this work would then be incorporated into the Installation and O&M Manuals.
