Mike has helped me find two jobs in the past. Both times he has been extremely proactive in looking for the right job and setting up interviews. He kept me informed constantly so I always knew the progress of the interview process and what the clients were thinking. He also provided good advice if I wasn't sure about a certain role and whether I should go for it and spent time considering what could be the right role based on my experience and the salary I should target. The thing that really sets Mike apart from other recruitment agents that I have dealt with in the past is that when he says he will get back to you, he means it, and it is not a shallow promise. From all of my dealings with recruitment agents in London, Melbourne and Sydney over the past 11 years, Mike is definitely one of, if not, the best. He found my current role for me where I have been for over a year now and it has been an excellent fit for my experience and the current stage of my career. I wouldn't hesitate to continue to refer Mike to other job seekers, as I have done so in the past, Incidentally he was also referred to me by another colleague who was very satisfied with his level of service.
