I was responsible for planning stock required to meet stores needs, ensuring that merchandise is correctly delivered to warehouse and stores, analysing KPI's to guarantee that there are no stockouts or ageing inventory and communicating with different departments to ensure flow of goods and information across the supply chain. Master Thesis Internship

At Leroy Merlin's Distribution Center, I applied lean philosophy in a picking-by-line logistic circuit. I used lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Spaghetti Diagram and 5S. Beyond that, I developed a digital Kanban board (in VBA and Javascript), a real-time management tool to understand the system state. The implemented solutions reduced 23% of process cycle time.
