I am the Extended Child Services Coordinator in Cherry Creek School District where I work with and support the licensed child care programs. I also work closely with the directors of these programs where I have had the opportunity to observe Michelle Manring and her interaction with children, staff and overall program management at Creekside Elementary. I’ve also observed Michelle’s distinguished rapport with colleagues and all personnel in Cherry Creek School District. Michelle fully grasps the financial aspect of running a child care program. Michelle analyzes monthly financial reports, including payroll, revenue, expenses to ensure the accuracy of the data. She develops projection tools to make program spending decisions. She recognizes that staffing is her biggest expense when creating staff schedules that accurately reflect required child to adult ratios. Michelle fully dedicates herself to any challenge that she embarks on. She offers a great balance of honesty, directness and sincerity. Her experience managing a large child care program will benefit her in any endeavor.

It is a pleasure to work with Michelle because of her commitment to excellence, her kindness, her professionalism and her focus on the mission. Michelle was someone who kept her eyes on the goal of serving our clients well. Regardless of any chaos going on around her, she made sure of her own commitment to quality service. She looked out for our clients' best interests above all else. She is a lifelong learner and never insistent on doing things her way; rather she displayed incredible humility in learning new things and new ways to support the business. She is positive, encouraging and uplifting to colleagues and subordinates. She was very helpful to me in my position and I felt comfortable asking her for things I needed in order to get the job done well. She partners with others around her to achieve the highest good. She truly wanted Easter Seals to succeed and wanted to do her part to ensure quality service was being delivered. Michelle works with her heart, not her ego. Any company would be lucky to have her!
