I had the pleasure of working with Michael for several years, and I can honestly say that I have rarely come across a technical professional that is able to blend friendliness and approachability with professionalism as well has he does. Michael routinely served our most demanding customers with poise and calmness regardless of how tense the situation may have been. Michael has an excellent instinct for when to bring in external help, a skill that is often lacking in technical staff. We could always count on Michael to raise concerns when he saw areas for improvement, and he always accompanied those concerns with a suggestion for how to resolve the issue and a positive attitude towards those who were involved. Michael is a great asset to any team fortunate enough to work with him.
