Apple Watch Special Training Event. 2015: Selected to spearhead Apple Watch first-time product launch training for 70+ team members across my regional Apple Retail market. Training required high discretion and protection of sensitive company materials and included solving brand-new technical, sales, and customer experience issues involved in introducing a new product line in the Apple Retail environment.
