      Lead the Customer Service Team in providing high levels of customer service to pilots, aircraft owners, and Avidyne dealers. During my time at Avidyne I have effectively managed the administration of an exchange pool valued at $800,000.00 to deliver an exchange unit within one business day with a 95% performance measurement in support of a fleet of over 5000 aircraft. During my time at Avidyne I have effectively managed the administration of an exchange pool valued at $800,000.00 to deliver an exchange unit within one business day with a 95% performance measurement in support of a fleet of over 5000 aircraft. This is a 25% improvement from April of 2007. The warranty claim response time at Avidyne is the best in the avionics industry currently we average ten business days to process and approve warranty claims. We have expanded our technical and customer support staff by fifty percent and instituted a 24-7 on call service as well as tech support phone service from 6:30 AM Eastern time to 6:30 PM Eastern time in the U.S. We have recently established technical and service support in the European and Australia - Asian marketplace. We have steadily improved our customer service levels across our entire customer base while focusing on the OEM manufacturers such as Piper, Cirrus and Cessna.
