Just knowing this guy changed my life as I knew it during the Summer of 2012 or 2013...he came across my DIY site and identified some issues and offered to dive in to fix them. I never told him that I was annoyed with his fees because I think it was a "me" problem and I was learning a lot about the value of paying for a professional at that time in my life so I didn't say anything and humbled myself. He continued to make improvements to my site and in witnessing his work ethic and commitment to his passion, I was encouraged and inspired to not only pursue my own with the same fervor (because I was already going to do that), but to do it with that same body of ethics by which he governed himself. Business isn't so much about what you know as it is about how you use what you know and Booker used his skill set in what he believed was simply updating my site but in reality it helped to shape my view on collaboration, communication, and so many other skills that are integral to growing anything worth having. So I won big time. He made updates that were commensurate with where my brand was at that time. It went on to grow beyond either of our wildest dreams and requires several Bookers' now, but I'll never forget the initial bricks he was willing to build to help lay the foundation for something great. He saw something in my brand before it was even a brand and I saw something in him before I could understand what value it would ultimately have. Now, seven years later I'm saying thank you again, Booker and I recommend him to anyone needing insights on marketing, data and web development. He's invested that into himself and worth the "hefty bill" lol Thank you!

Michael was extremely helpful in getting my website back up and running. I decided to make a change to my site without consulting a professional which resulted in me losing the site entirely – or so I thought. When I explained what happened, Michael knew exactly what needed to be done and made himself readily available to assist me. He provided me with a brief summary of why my actions did not produce the expected outcome, what he needed access to in regards to my site and server, and what his plan of action was – and he did this all using language I understood. I appreciated the continued communication as he worked on my website. When Michael was faced with an unexpected challenge that amplified the complexity of my initial issue, he immediately informed me to ensure my expectations were managed and he provided a sustainable solution that would significantly improve the way my website operated in the background. While he provided me with an estimated timeline, I still operated with the mindset this would not be fully resolved until the end of the day or even the following day. However, Michael was able to deliver in a timely fashion that exceeded my expectations. I was updated once the issue was resolved and I was extremely excited when I was able to view my website again. I truly thought I had deleted my website entirely and felt embarrassed in doing so, but Michael assured me he could get my site back up and he did. He also used this as an opportunity to educate me on backing up my files, but not once made me feel inferior for my lack of knowledge. Thanks for all your help, Michael!
