I manage the Contract Supply and Billable Supply team as well as the 360 Application Team. As a Supply Manager I work closely with the Warehouse Manager and contract Supply department to ensure that all supply orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. A strong focus is placed on finding cost efficient and effective ways to minimize cost and increase gross profit. I manage all supply financials and budgets while ensuring strong focus is placed on loss prevention and cost control . I act as a change agent to develop new processes and practices to streamline ordering as well as automate current processes which includes team training. I oversee an inside sales team that focuses on net new customer sale opportunities along with maintaining customer relationships. I work closely with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure timely payment of invoices. As the 360 Application Manager and Administrator I am responsible for the FM Audit software database. I manage a team that focuses on increasing device syncs and ensuring software remains active. I assist in launching new software, BETA testing, and assist in training of new software. I analyze data within the software to prepare the sales team with leads and opportunities to drive growth within the organization along with pertinent data and reports for Service and Admin. I assist other Global Cores with streamlining their 360 application and supply management processes.
