      As liaison with Thabit management I have played a critical role to establish Thabit Logistics in KSA in 2020, by leading Training, Project management, Process improvements, Quality, and Health and Safety. as part from my role in Thabit, I used to lead and review the yearly budgeting, leading launching and expansions projects from creating the project charter till the delivery of project and opening the facilities across Saudi Arabia, as well as conduct regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders to define and explain the project’s milestones and track the progress of the projects, design and implement a creative organizational improvements that enable business excellence and optimize labor costs, leading the compliance aspects according to the internal and external regulations. Design, create, communicate, sustain, and improve Thabit’s standards policies, procedures, SOPs, Job descriptions, as well as the required business forms. Leading Customer service plans to attract a new merchants and achieve customer satisfaction. Design, implement, the training and onboarding plans. Conduct internal QMS audit. Develop learning activities and related content, design and conduct participant evaluations to gather insights for the enhancement of future enterprise learning and development opportunities. The results were successfully establishing Thabit logistics across KSA and attract mega merchants in KSA, and achieve the sales and operations plans.
