I started Pamban Chai & Coffee House with my business partner, as Baristas, brewing proper chai alongside speciality coffee. Our Camden café won numerous awards including the Timeout Love awards for Best Coffee and Brunch and was featured in many publications including the Evening Standard and Times. Alongside the café we also started selling our chai to other speciality coffee shops and you can find our Chai and related products from our heritage of India and Sri Lanka in cafes and retailers such as Rosslyn, Watch House and Selfridges to name a few.
