He is a great team member with the attiduide of what ever it takes to get the job done.I have had the oppertunity to watch Matt grow into a real product person. Matt is one of those guys that you wish everyone coming out of college would be: hard working, dedicated, willing to learn, willing to listen and willing to offer an opinion when he thinks it will help. Matt started as an intern at Schutt and quickly became a member of the sports marketing team that we could depend on. So much so, he was hired to help the product development line. He has made the most of his opportunity at Schutt to learn and earn experience. I would choose to work with Matt any day of the week and twice on Sunday.
